1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the DreamStarter website at dreamstarter.xyz, its APIs, and all related services
• "Dream" refers to a project, business idea, or creative venture you create on the Platform
• "Dream Board" refers to the kanban-style interface where your dream's deliverables are managed
• "AI Agents" refers to the 15 specialized AI-powered agents that generate deliverables for your dream
• "Deliverables" refers to the outputs generated by AI Agents, including but not limited to brand guides, content, legal documents, and strategies
• "Credits" refers to the usage units consumed by AI operations on the Platform
• "User", "you", "your" refers to the individual or entity using the Platform

2. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email and password. You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3. Platform Services

DreamStarter provides AI-powered dream execution services. When you create a dream, our AI agents generate deliverables across branding, content, legal, fundraising, growth, and operations. You understand that:

• AI-generated deliverables are starting points and should be reviewed before use
• Legal deliverables (entity formation, contracts, IP) are informational and do not constitute legal advice — consult a licensed attorney before acting on them
• Financial deliverables (revenue models, fundraising materials) are informational and do not constitute financial advice
• The quality and accuracy of deliverables depend on the information you provide in your dream brief
• AI agents may use web search and external data sources to enrich deliverables

4. Billing & Subscriptions

DreamStarter operates on a per-dream subscription model:

• Free plan: your first dream is always free with unlimited usage — no trial, no time limit
• Pro plan ($30/month per dream): 40,000 AI credits per month
• Max plan ($100/month per dream): 200,000 AI credits per month
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle
• You may cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase
• When credits are exhausted, AI agents pause until credits renew or you upgrade

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Create fraudulent business identities or deceptive materials
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or access controls
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated deliverables will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. We do not warrant uninterrupted access to the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamStarter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamStarter, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be revoked
• Active subscriptions will not be refunded for the current billing period
• Your dream data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
• You may request an export of your data before deletion

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
